Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that the Brand concept is implemented in store Provides support to the Area Visual Merchandiser and makes all efforts to ensure that the goals set are attained. This listing of specific tasks is not exhaustive. The Store Visual Merchandiser carries out all the tasks necessary for ensuring the success of his/her store. The Main tasks are: - Design of interior decoration - Responsibility for the trend statement, look and styling of the store - Forward planning - Optimal product placement and arrangement in line with company-specific guidelines - Establishment of positive customer relationships - Initiation and implementation of sales promotion measures - Presentation and care of articles - Labeling of article carriers - Professional staff training - Training of new Store Visual Merchandisers - Development of sales campaigns and promotions - Design and checking of the shop window - Close cooperation with the Store Manager
