● Provide consultation services to potential clients interested.
● Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
● Prepare and check all legal documents.
● Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
● Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
● Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
● Analyze clients' requirements and providing them with solutions.
● Always provide an honest and realistic evaluation of the client's matter at each stage of service.
● Being patient enough to have always open communication with our clients, informing them about the progress of their required service.
● Review and update the visa manual.
● Deal professionally with all callers, whether on the telephone or in person, ensuring that people are treated fairly and responding sensitively to differences.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience in the customer services department.
● Good knowledge of computer operation and relevant software and Microsoft Office etc.
● Excellent teamwork skills and communication skills.
● Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations.
● Perform any other related duties requested by management.
● Being presentable and having a charming personality.
● Proficient in English.
● Holding a university degree.
● Female.
● 25 to 40 years old.
