Job Description

At KIAN DIGITAL, the Digital Design team creates easy, accessible, and seamless experiences for our customers on our digital Finance and fintech platforms. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of UX and UI designers, researchers, content strategists, engineers, and product managers throughout the design process — from strategy to pixel-perfect design. At each stage, you will advocate for our customers and ensure that the final product meets user needs. Role description: ● Design the product user experience and use it. ● Investigating the effects of the business, marketing, and branding goals on design. ● User Implementation of user research methods for better and more accurate knowledge of users and behavioral analysis ● Market analysis and recognition of competitors and similar products. ● Solve and test issues related to availability, usability, new and old products using quantitative and qualitative data. ● Research to use new technologies as needed. ● Periodic reporting.

Requirements

● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD. ● Proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. ● Introduction to Design Thinking and UCD (User Center Design). ● Strong understanding of design theory and concepts needed to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast) ● Ability to solve complex user problems. ● Experience in simplifying issues and solutions. ● Experience in designing Wireframe, Prototype, User flow, etc. ● Experience in performing usability tests. ● Experience in documenting design steps. ● Experience working with large teams.
