Responsibilities: ● Understand and synthesize product and user requirements into a cohesive and consistent product design to create a look that meets product roadmap KPIs. ● Work with product managers to produce related documents. ● Define (wireframe,) test (interactive prototypes,) and deliver (high-fidelity) UX Mockups. ● Ability to articulate multi-step flows through information architecture or flow mapping, and point out considerations across platforms or product teams. ● Expert in Developing personas and usage scenarios, creating journey maps and wireframing. ● Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Requirements: ● 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design. ● Strong communication, storytelling and leadership skills. ● A portfolio highlighting exceptional design thinking and execution. ● Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients. ● Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently. ● Proficiency in Adobe XD. ● Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. ● Familiarity with Google Material Design & Apple HIG. Soft Skills: ● Problem-solving aptitude. ● Excellent teamwork and communication skills. ● Experience working in cross functional team and agile methodology. ● have a good passion for continuous learning.
