Job Description
• Provide professional technical solved fault of network.
• Assistance TI & Project team solved fault.
• To be responsible of KPI and SLA of transmission network
Main responsibilities:
• SLA level1 and level2 issue transmission Technical Support
• Other issue Technical Support request from NOC, RNO, Project Team, etc
• Daily check transmission part of RNOC Network Preventive Maintenance Report, especially RNO Sites. And feedback transmission information to BO shift leader
• Send Irancell Network transmission Daily Report, Update the requirement to Network Preventive Maintenance Plan, and feedback to BO shift leader
• NOC transmission training and RNOC transmission training support
