Job Description
The number of business trips and number of the expat employees, caused the need of having a centralized PR/ travel desk among all Savola BUs in Iran to make sure all tasks have been done based on company policy in efficient manner and cost. The main responsibilities are:
To be familiar with all airlines both internal and external policies
To be familiar with all rules and risks of:
- Foreign ticketing
- Visa in and visa out
- Tours
- Hotel reservation
To have a good relationship with all colleagues and all external related offices.
To be expert in cost management, reporting and filing documents
