● Carrying out all administrative affairs, correspondence, etc., archiving incoming and outgoing letters. ● Answering phone calls. ● Supervising the performance of services and collectors. ● Coordinating appointments and meetings of company managers. ● Corresponding with the clients/contractors.

Requirements

● Fluent in English. ● Full mastery of the seven skills of the ICDL course. ● At least three years of relevant experience is required. ● Good behavior and high responsibility. ● Familiarity with administrative affairs and correspondence and archiving rules ● High public relations.
