Job Description

The candidate is expected to: • Prepare training budget for the organization. • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. • Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees. • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. • Conduct orientation sessions. • Create testing and evaluation processes. • Assist with the development of strategic plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work related experience • Preferably MA degree in Planning and Educational Management • High personal motivation and a sense of urgency • Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and important programs, etc. • Able to operate independently with minimal supervision • Creative, Reliable, Hard-working, Goal oriented, Detail oriented • Knowledge of principles and methods of curriculum and training design Knowledge of principles and methods of curriculum and training design • Good demand of English
