Job Description

● Prepare guidelines and executive and educational content. ● Hold specialized training workshops for personnel. ● Prepare reports related to the process of specialized training. ● Hold problem-solving meetings and provide executive solutions. ● Create virtual educational pages and preparation and production of educational content. ● Hold extra-organizational training workshops for companies and collections.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Design or Industrial Engineering. ● Age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and content creation software. ● Familiarity with training processes (needs assessment, planning, implementation, and effectiveness measurement). ● High public relations. ● A responsible, persistent, and result-oriented person. ● Interested in training and teamwork.
