• Implementing human resource processes • Implementing the process changes of human resource management systems • Monitoring and assessing human resource management systems • Cooperate with stakeholders for analyzing human resource functions • Monitoring the integration of human resource systems • Monitoring the contractors related to human resource management • Analyzing related business needs with advanced analytical methods • Gathering and analyzing HR-related data

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial management, human resource management Experience: two years in human resource data analytics Skills and Abilities: • Familiar with human resource systems • Able to design managerial dashboards • Able to analyze data and reporting in digitalized frame • Familiar with BI and able to apply its tools • Able to identify, formulate and solve HR systems problems with systematic perspective Other characteristics: Creativity, follow-up ability, systematic thinking, result oriented, accountability, responsibility, high communication skills, negotiation skills
