• Organizing events - Coordinating affairs related to meetings, travel, equipment, holding classes, and other related matters
• Providing administrative support to manager and office staff and conducting administrative duties
• Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
• Organizing training sessions
Requirements
Minimum degree: Bachelor's degree (preferably Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
Advanced in English (writing, speaking, etc.)
Positive and effective communication skills
Full expertise in Microsoft Office programs
Time Management
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Multi-tasking is essential
