Ensure proper execution of brand strategies, provide market insight, review promotions, and communicate with the sales team.
Identify new opportunities with trade.
Plan and control execution of the annual promotional calendar/trade events and local marketing activities in the country and provide thorough evaluation afterward.
Effective BTL activities for product launches and field activations.
Ensure critical planning, implementation of visibility programs, and country-wide channel distribution.
Monitor promotional trends, initiatives, and competitor actions by category, sub-category, priority channels, and strategic customers.
Train the team with product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
Report to the marketing manager.
Travel requirements: routine travel within the country and occasionally abroad.
Workplace: Tehran Office (Shiva MFG Co.).
Requirements
Good analysis capability on market activities and effective reporting.
Bachelor's or higher degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or any sales-relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry preferably in trade marketing.
Excellent analytical skills.
Self-motivated, challenge-taker, and open to relearn.
