Job Description

● Design and implement company categories visions, strategies, and trade roadmaps. ● Accountable for the trade funds spending strategy and guidelines. ● Prepare monthly grid (monthly policies, targets, budgets, trade drives). ● Review BTL and promotional operations, recommendation, and implementation of new action plans in line with a trade marketing budget. ● Actively Keep the competition intelligence database up to date and perform regular reporting. ● Development of promotional plans and innovative and impactful visibility while optimizing the use of budgets. ● Communicate monthly KPIs of pre-sellers to Area Sales Managers. ● Analyze panels or internal data (distribution indicators ND / WD, OOS ..) and set targets for distribution KPI for each sales channel. ● Develop media sales force in connection with the marketing team and key account management. ● Develop media resale POS and other visibility tools, animations tastings, and other trade activation. ● Provide a complete administrative service to facilitate organizational processes and allow them to concentrate on mainstream activities. ● Provide a complete correspondence service, routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all mail is dealt with efficiently. ● Establish and maintain records and filing systems. ● Perform data entry as required by the sales and marketing team in order to track customers, contracts, revenues, and opportunities. ● Run basic analysis and produce system generated daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports as required by the team. ● Implement new reporting process, and migrate from manual reporting ● Analysis reports and evaluation of activities. ● Measure and document effects of existing and new merchandising standards and coolers and communicate results/recommendations to the Head of Trade Marketing. ● Build connectivity between category, sales, and marketing to ensure timely execution of the new project.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. ● 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and/or trade marketing. ● Excellent verbal and written English communication. ● Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office. ● Deep knowledge of channel dynamics, category management, and in-store commercial drivers. ● Good leadership skills, ability to make timely decisions, and influence senior leaders. ● In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and commercial environment. ● Strong analytical skills. ● Reporting: Head of Trade Marketing.
