-Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
-Work to develop trade communications - traditional and modern channel
-Focus on developing promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers
-Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development
-Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales
-Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives
-Flawlessly execute launches to gain maximum distribution
-Proactively communication and build relationships with the suppliers marketing teams
-Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities
Requirements
-University Degree/ equivalent qualification. Having MBA is a plus
-Field sales experience with a minimum of 3 years-experience at Retail Manager Level in a FMCG company
-Must have a proven track record in sales
-Specialist knowledge: Based in Tehran (Good knowledge of domestic/regional market, competitive market)
-Excellent literacy in computer
-Good communicator
-Experience in people management
-Team leadership skills
-Negotiation and presentation skills
-Military Service: Completed or Exempted
-Ideal Age: 25 - 40
