Job Description
● Lead and develop trade marketing and merchandising strategies and tactical plans to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential, and key programs required for the accounts. ● Responsible for driving sales, promotion, and development in the designated accounts to reach commercial goals. ● Contribute to the growing efficiency of commercial performance. ● Execute and evaluate the yearly trade marketing plans for brands. ● Monitor trade marketing plans budget. ● Lead distribution and product launch execution at POS (channel definition, commercial policy, distribution, and sales tracking). ● Lead and organize trade marketing events and strategic meetings. ● Propose process and tools improvements to simplify execution. ● Define trade marketing KPIs, maximize ROI and trade marketing activities effectiveness, aligned with BUs/ Brand strategies to meet business needs. ● Develop and monitor POS activities’ KPIs (sell-out, distribution, stock, market share). ● Coach the trade marketing team behaviorally and technically to achieve the goals.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields. ● At least 10 years of total experience in pharmaceutical industry including at least 3 years in trade marketing and commercial intelligence. ● Understanding of contract management and trade terms optimization. ● High level of understanding / practical experience of commercial negotiation with key customers. ● Very good understanding of statistical analysis tools with solid analytical know-how and financial math. ● Strong leadership skills and change management capabilities. ● Able to handle numerous projects at one time and meet fast turnaround deadlines. ● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English. ● Able to travel frequently within Iran.
