Job Description
- Monitoring competitors activity.
- Auditing POSMs and shelf rents with the sales team.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing teams, and assessing against goals (KPIs).
- Training the team with product knowledge and merchandising technics.
- Implementing and executing of trade marketing plan that aligns with marketing and sales.
- Identifying new opportunities with trade.
- Analyzing retail audits and defining a proper action plan for the sales team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate (a degree in Mathematics is required).
- Good knowledge of trade marketing in the FMCG industry.
- Fully conversant with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good presentation skills.
