We are looking for a Software Tester (QA Engineer) to join our software engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of our cloud platform.
Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for backend services and APIs
• Validate data integrity and business logic using SQL queries
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues through their lifecycle
• Test functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud platform components
• Participate in test planning, regression testing, and release verification
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
• 1–4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write queries for testing and data validation
• Experience testing backend systems, APIs, and distributed services
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP concepts, and basic networking principles
• Ability to write clear test cases, bug reports, and documentation
