Job Description
- Act as a member of Project Management team (depending on seniority level) during EPC project lifecycle - Lead and coordinate several teams to realize the project within time, schedule, cost and quality targets - Effectively communicate with client and other external parties to ensure smooth project execution and revenue generation - Prepare the invoices the perform respective corrections and follow-ups - Participate in implementation of Earned Value Project Management practices by the PMO - Act within the procedural framework provided by PMO and QHSE departments and participate in their further development - Communicate data and information to/from senior management and various corporate departments in the form of project documents, scheduled and ad-hoc reports and meetings, financial analysis and case-specific formal and informal correspondence - Manage the workshop directly or via subordinates
Requirements
- Deep understanding of inputs, process and outputs of basic and details engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance processes - Experience of project management in Telecom, SCADA and Automation fields - Familiar with project execution sequence in Oil and Gas and Telecom industries - Familiar with major public and private clients in O&G industry - Deep understanding of project management processes based on PMBOK or similar body of knowledge - Experience in installation site management and ability to travel frequently is a plus - Professional fluency in English -Team player, results oriented and challenge seeking
