Requirements

- University qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, IT, ICT, Computer Software/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Civil/architectural Engineering, Commercial/industrial/business/Financial Management, from well-known universities. - Previous Experience: Telecom Eng. experience in telecommunication companies (Vendors) with minimum of 2 years experiences. - Good knowledge and applied experiences of mobile (GSM/UMTS, WiMAX, IBS, Micro, 3G, LTE) sites. - Good demand of communication - Interested in challenging job - Preferred to have basic knowledge of project management - Full responsibility and accessibility during project - Ability to work under pressure - Maintain Mobile network performance standards at or better than Company objectives. - Perform on-call & emergency duties and will be readily available to carry out such duties whenever required. - Good Knowledge of Huawei / Ericsson/ Nokia Products. - Good command on MS Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook - ** For BSS engineer : proficient in U2000&M2000 software to configure and integrate 2G,3G,LTE,FDD,TDD systems as BO engineer - ** For MW/TX engineer: Good commands of Transmission for U2000&M2000 softwares to configure the E1 and VLANs and service links and other MW parameters as BO Engineer - ** For TI Engineer - Good Knowledge and experiences of telecom Installation and coordination and be expert in detail MW and BTS material ordering from warehouse. - ** For Civil parts Engineer : be professional in DDR preparing, AutoCAD Tower & Fence types request from suppliers and power system following and coordinating with subcontractors and local teams located in the cities for all civil and power parts - ** For SA parts expert: Good experiences of all site acquisition tasks same as SAR, TSSR, LOS, Lease Agreement and etc. - ** For Optimization Engineer: Good command of KPI procedures, Drive Test, RVTs, SSVR and all relevant tools and softwares - ** For Projects Management Specialist : all related management experiences in telecom fields is a must, such as Controls project costs, expenditures; administering contractor contracts & maintains project data and writing project reports and coordinate the projects - ** For Commercial/Business parts: be expert to have coordination and email correspondences with international and national vendors/suppliers to get the quotations from them and discount discussion and tenders attending and reviewing bids from contractors. - Effective team player and team leader - Be able to work overtime and to be result oriented - Excellent learning ability and good work attitude - Ensure prompt resolution of all service affecting problems within stated responsibility and meet Company standards. - Responsible for the continuation of service as impacted by activities - Responsible for the physical condition of the premises and equipment in stated area. - Organize, conduct and evaluate staff-related events and gatherings - Be Fluent in English (writing, speaking)
