Job Description
-Type of the works: Engineering, Installation and Commissioning, Documentation and after sale services of telecommunication Systems and networks. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans - Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning resources to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors. - Determines project specifications by studying product design, project requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. - Organizes procurement activities of the project as per defined specifications and end to end follow up until delivery • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. - Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions and ensuring delivery of project targets within specified time frame. - Controls project costs, expenditures; administering contractor contracts. - Organizes installation work, commissioning and start up activities of the project - Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. - Maintains project data and writing project reports * coordinate the projects
Requirements
University Qualifications: BS or MS in Electronics, Computer or Telecom. Previous Experience: At least 1 year professional experience in a Mobile operator or Telecom contractor, TX background is preferred. Special Skills: Knowledge of network element in one or more product area(s), being well versed with transmission network principles and variety of equipments. Competencies: Good negotiation and communication skills both verbally and orally, ability to work under pressure, hard worker, effective team player. Language Skills: Fair command of English
