Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide the technical support to the service partner or end user to solve the ATM technical problem, if necessary will travel to other cities to do the on-site support. 2. Assist the sales manager to prepare the tender document (technical). 3. Responsible for the Pilot test or technical upgrade project management. 4. Responsible for the technical document such as the spare parts list, working instruction, technical bulletin writing. 5. Responsible for the Spare Parts Warehouse management include the purchase plan preparation, warehouse audit etc.. 6. Responsible for the customer complaint or new requirement processing. 7. Responsible for the customer education or technicians training if necessary. 8. Process any other things arranged by the supervisor or the manager. 9. Responsible for GRG local ATM running data analysis , competitor information collection and make the monthly report accordingly. Employment standards Ability to: 1. Skilled to repair or guide the customer to solve the ATM technical problem. 2. Read and Write all the technical documents. 3. Have a very good self learning skilled and ability to learn how to repair the new products. 4. Have a very good communication skilled, can do the training or demonstration for the customer. 5. Have the project management and the warehouse daily management ability.
