Technical Project Manager / Software Architect

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead our development team and take full responsibility for the technical delivery of a SaaS platform.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering background with the ability to design complete systems from scratch.
• Proven experience personally designing and building a startup software product from scratch, from initial concept and MVP to successful production launch.
• Experience with backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Jira, GitHub, Agile/Scrum, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to turn business ideas into clear technical plans, tasks, and working products.
• Experience managing developers, reviewing their work, and ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good English and availability for real-time communication and reporting during agreed working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with company leadership to turn ideas into technical solutions.
• Lead the technical team and manage daily development activities.
• Plan sprints, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve blockers.
• Ensure all development work is reviewed, tested, and properly documented.
• Oversee the entire development process, from system design to production deployment.
• Provide regular progress updates and immediately report delays or technical issues.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, delivery quality, and team performance.

Employment: Full-time, Remote.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and manage both the technical and operational sides of software development.
