Job Description
Objective: 1. Management and direction of company technical department 2. Providing technical support to customers and supervision on technical support team 3. Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team 4. Guarantee management, including testing and troubleshooting of products for customers 5. Do the necessary follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Proposing technical solutions to customers according to their requirements 7. Remain aware of new product developments and new technologies 8. Training company staff in sales and technical departments as well as staff of customers 9. Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements Reporting to: General Manager Number required: 1 Duration: 1 year contract (extendable) Desired start date: ASAP Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 9am-6pm & Shift on Thursday) Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country (limited) Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable Commission / Bonus: Rewards according to targets Other Benefits: Complementary health insurance
Requirements
University qualifications: BSc or higher in Electronic or Computer Engineering Previous experience: At least 5 years of work experience in IT & electronic fields in similar positions Specialist knowledge: 1. Fluent in repairing electronic boards (Main boards & PCB MAIN and etc.). 2. Computer hardware and software troubleshooting 3. Electronic board repair experience (chip level) 4. The candidate must be able to do hardware (open and repaid Handheld, Touch POS and etc) and software (install OS, troubleshooting, Install drivers and software) 3. Comprehensive knowledge about computers (hardware and software), electronics, mobile devices networks and innovative technologies Other Skills: 1. Proficiency in administrative skills, reporting and documentation 2. Experienced in leading and developing a team 3. Very good social and management skills 4. Very good command of English (Fluency is an advantage) Ideal Age Range: min: 25 & max: 40 Language Skills: English Current Residence: Tehran only
