Main Responsibilities: 1. Technical Customers Service: a. Replying to telephone calls, e-mails, asking for brochure, CD, technical advice. b. Planning for development of team members to be a self motivated, well trained and high performance employee for the company. 2. Quality Claim Handling: a. Getting the claim from sales team. b. Arranging for the claim process according to the defined process flowchart. 3. Technical Projects : a. Preparing CAD and DIALux drawings, M.T.O tables. b. Making the necessary arrangements for delivery of goods (Ordering to Germany, sending to the customer, getting back the money) c. Being in the field, supervision of technician for wiring. d. Project Marketing 4. Product Training of Colleagues, Dealers a. Regular technical training for dealers b. Distribution of technical information we receive from Germany inside the company 5. Technical Seminars a. Making the necessary arrangements / coordination for seminars within the country Reporting to: Technical Manager
Requirements
Requirements: 1. BS degree in Electrical Engineering 2. Familiarity with electrical installation calculations 3. Knowledge in lighting design would be helpful 4. Fluent in English (orally and in writing) 5. Customer orientation 6. Willingness for traveling within Iran 7. Good skills with use of Computer Microsoft Office, AutoCAD => mandatory DIALux => preferred 8. Strong commitment, team spirit
