Plan and execute the company’s tax affairs accurately and in full compliance with current national regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, seasonal transaction reports, and VAT reports within statutory deadlines.
Monitor compliance with tax regulations and ensure alignment of internal processes with tax requirements and reporting standards.
Review and control financial documents related to corporate income tax, payroll tax, and withholding tax.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors as well as tax authorities throughout audit and assessment processes.
Identify and resolve tax discrepancies and prepare supporting documentation to defend against potential penalties.
Report to the Finance Manager on tax risk exposure and propose strategies to optimize tax payments.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax affairs (at least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role).
Hands-on experience working with tax authorities, auditors, and tax audit/assessment processes.
Strong knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
Proven ability to prepare and submit tax returns, seasonal transaction reports, and VAT reports.
In-depth understanding of tax audit procedures, penalties, objections, and preparation of defense statements.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards and their relationship with tax requirements.
Full familiarity with tax-related systems and platforms.
