- About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Partner to support our client's growth by assisting in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across key functions and markets. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment, commercial awareness, and stakeholder collaboration, while learning from experienced professionals.
As a Junior Talent Partner, you will support hiring activities, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and help the organization attract the right talent. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and develop the skills needed to become a trusted talent advisor in the future.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
Assist in identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Learn how to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Process Coordination:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Participate in intake meetings and learn how to translate business needs into effective hiring actions.
- Market Research and Insights:
Assist in monitoring talent market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks. Support the team in gathering insights that inform hiring strategies and employer branding efforts.
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Gather and document candidate feedback to continuously improve the overall experience.
What You Bring:
Some exposure to talent acquisition or recruitment (at least 1 year of relevant experience).
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent partnership.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Result-oriented and highly driven, with strong skills in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering tangible results.
**Exceptional command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
