To implement & maintain the critical skills framework and identification of critical skills needed in the organization
• To conduct training needs assessment for staff and liaise with groups to design IDP support individual performance agreement
• To source and develop effective learning solutions to implement staff development plans and individual succession/career development plan for long term development
• To implement learning solutions in an effective way to meet MTNIrancell service standards
• To assess training supplier and provider input to management team to select new suppliers
• To ensure the training data are kept accurate and updated
• To organize, establish and maintain relationships with learning providers and supplier
• To promote the culture of knowledge sharing and management in organization
• To evaluate and analysis talent development programs and provide insightful reports and analysis
• To liaise with other HR teams to ensure the necessary support are provided to employee development programs
• To design digital content according to the requirement of internal customer and make it available in digital learning platform
• To research and analyze on latest technology of digital learning in Telecom industry and provide improvement plan
• To prepare reports summarizing distance learning statistical data or describing distance learning program objectives and accomplishments
• To develop knowledge management Policy, procedures and process and monitor its compliance and implementation in the company
• To provide requirement for knowledge management implementation and maintaining systems
• To conduct evaluation of KM performance and its effectiveness and provide improvement plan
Requirements
BA in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or related
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium organization
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
