Through an effective recruitment process, you’ll prospect, pitch, screen, hunt and hire highly qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs.
Duties:
● Forecast and plan annual hiring needs with hiring managers.
● Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.
● Attract quality candidates through various channels by working closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring positions and our plans for growth.
● Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to advertise and get in touch with the best available candidates.
● Determine technically and culturally fit candidates by assessing them using top leading in-person and phone interviewing with candidates based on selection criteria and prepare relevant reports.
● Plan and make the necessary arrangements for specialized interviews.
● Analyze previous branding initiatives of the company and develop strong brand awareness by participating in recruitment activities, such as career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional recruitment process.
● Increase brand’s online visibility by collaborating with the marketing and professional designers to create branding materials for recruitment purposes.
● Take action in implementing an On-Boarding program for new employees.
● Improve recruitment strategy by developing insightful recruitment analytics to direct hiring efforts.
● Perform reference and background checks.
● Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on company’s recruitment status.
Requirements
● In-depth knowledge of the industry to effectively source for ideal candidates
Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards and different employment methods
● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
● Educated in Human Resources Management or relevant field
