• Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS/BSS operational management and development
• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
• Define, plan and execute test plans, test cases while tracking, prioritizing, and escalating issues.
