• Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values. • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS/BSS operational management and development • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements • Define, plan and execute test plans, test cases while tracking, prioritizing, and escalating issues. • Support and maintenance ERP
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline • 5 years of experience • Familiar customer relation process • Execute test plans and test cases while tracking, prioritizing and escalating issues to make sure Business requirements are being delivered in correct way and making sure raised requests meet the agreed scope of Vender
