System and Business Process Expert

Job Description

We are looking for a system and business process expert who will be in charge of developing, documentation and revising system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. She/he is also responsible for implementation and evaluation of internal processes based on organization best practices. Main Responsibilities are: • Evaluate and analyze organizational needs & problems through constant interaction with management & internal departments and provide systematic solutions. • Evaluate and improve processes in all organization systems • Assuring process effectiveness throughout the organization by means of compliance with the International standards for management systems (e.g. ISO 9000), Statistical Analysis & Coding. • Implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). • Conducting internal and external audits and the related corrective actions/ corrections base on internal procedures and international standards.
