• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements for system redesign and development. Gather and document detailed specifications on business process and workflow as needed
• Build relationships through liaising with stakeholders, software developers, vendors and other technology teams to clarify requirements and design solutions
• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements working directly with developers to ensure solid understanding and execution
• Interact with development team and relay client expectations and communications to the team for adhering to project timelines, and delivering the solutions to the client expectations
• Undertake research and objective, critical analysis to draw accurate conclusions that recognise and address business needs and issues
• Write User Stories and acceptance criteria that are easy to understand, helping to groom product backlogs, current bugs and performing testing
• Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end users.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst role
• Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or related field
• Being familiar with SDLC,
• Excellent communication skills, writing skills as well as presentation skills
• Experience working with developers, business users as well as management
• Solid expertise in business process modelling, requirement analysis and design
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing and Functional Testing.
• Experience in writing Use cases and Functional Requirement Document
• Organized, goal-oriented, self-starter, and ability manage multiple tasks while following through from start to completion
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Sql, Change management and Project management is considered as plus point
