Job Description

• Full time job vacancy. • Plan, design, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows services. • Provide support by Phone and solve problems. • Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved • Provide help desk services to users. • Familiar with SQL • Familiar with Network • Effective and appropriate contact with costumer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering (software) or related fields, IT Certifications, or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years related experience • Able to analyses and assign requests to proper team members • Familiar with Central phone system • Excellent problem solving skills • Positive Teamwork Attitude
