Job Description

● Manage planning, ordering, documentation and logistics activities to ensure continuous flow of finished goods from overseas factories. ● Provide daily/weekly updates of product arrival schedules from factories and against customer delivery commitments. ● Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment. ● Review forecast accuracy/bias and assess impact on service level and inventory and work closely with different functions involved in multiple projects.

Requirements

● Fluency in English. ● Good communication and presentation skills. ● Strong excel and report development skills. ● Strong analytical skills and business acumen. ● Solid experience in importation as well as customs clearance process. ● Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of internal and external stakeholders. ● Being familiar with S&OP process is an advantage.
