About the department:

The supply chain department comprises highly qualified specialists and professionals who are responsible for overseeing the processes and quality in the supply chain in a large central area in Novo Nordisk Pars, with a broad responsibility ranging from local distribution and warehousing, and production planning across Novo Nordisk Pars to Master Data and global projects with a massive impact on the way Novo Nordisk work. Employees in the department are divided into four overall areas distribution, warehousing, planning, master data, SAP, and serialization.

The position:

As a supply chain specialist, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Key logistics contact person for Novo Nordisk headquarters and asian-pacific zone with ownership of the whole supply chain's internal data and related interdepartmental collaboration information
  • Mainly responsible for the customs clearing agent (organizing product release from customs) and all NN Pars logistics matters
  • Indirect inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, and warehouse activities, and analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
  • Monitor Factory (LMT) stock at hand on different levels and match LMT inventory with Sales demand and existing cash flow with the Treasury.
  • Resolve the problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, or customer issues, and plan for product availability according to product stocks.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, or related Business fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the supply chain and money allocation process preferably in FMCG or pharma industries.
  • Dominant knowledge of governmental laws and regulations in import/export and INCOTERMS for Iran with proficiency in NTSW and TTAC (Iranian Trade System).
  • Familiar with the SAP operation system or any related types of ERP modules.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
