Job Description

The supply chain specialist takes care of the coordination between different roles of the supply chain department including production, planning, and logistics, as well as other departments of the company, especially sales and finance. This role manages the workflow between departments and roles, focusing on customer-related transactions in the Enterprise Resources Planning system.

Key Accountabilities:

Enter the warehouse inbounds.
Enter the sales orders.
Issue the sales/return dispatches.
Define the sales prices.
Define the sales campaigns/discounts.
Open the material card of new SKUs.
Prepare shipping/delivery schedules daily.
Ensure correct and timely document flow between Company-Customer-Warehouse.
Ensure warehouse physical inventory data.
Deal with customers’ complaints and organize product replacements or returns.
Perform other duties as assigned (providing customers with copies of the conformity declarations, assisting other departments on behalf of the Supply chain manager/supervisor, etc.).
Prepare daily and periodic reports about all sales and operation-related activities (in-bounds, sales orders, dispatches, returns, etc.).
Enter the data requested by governmental structures in the designated portals.

Requirements

At least 3 to 4 years of experience.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain and customer services, FMCG experience is preferred.
Experience with Excel (advanced user), and Word; learning to use new software quickly.
Business-level English skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via text; literate speech.
Self-motivated, able to deal with multitasking, and pay close attention to small details.
Able to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment.
Able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
Able to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
