Job Description
About the Role:
This role is responsible for executing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing material waste and ensuring efficient demand fulfillment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requisition and maintaining inventories of materials or supplies to meet production demands by preparing the MPS & MRP programs
- Preparing the purchasing budget plan (annual roiling purchasing plan)
- Monitoring and executing supply planning activities with other supervisors/managers & stakeholders
- Supply planning risk assessment with RCA
- Updating & reporting of planning KPIs & dashboards
- Pallet management & controlling the estimated warehouse capacity.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- At least a BS in an analytical discipline or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in supply planning (FMCG industry is a plus)
- Expert in MS Office
- Complete mastery of Supply Planning Process MRP & MPS.
