Supply Chain Market Activity Manager

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Partner with project owners to ensure timely delivery and approval at all project stage gates.
• Establish and manage CPS (Critical Path Schedule) through effective coordination with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Industrial, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Ensure on-time execution of all project activities to achieve targeted time-to-market objectives.
• Drive optimal project execution through robust project management methodologies and disciplined processes.
• Ensure timely completion of all CPS activities in line with agreed milestones.
• Proactively identify risks to project timelines, define mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Validate and challenge activity lead times with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate project delivery.
• Prepare and deliver weekly executive-level summaries on project status, risks, and key milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within FMCG or similar industries.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill
• Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Profile: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
