
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
Position Summary
Proactively collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to visibly impact and steer the Value Chain to define and deliver on the business priorities and bottom-line management. Provide strong leadership for the integration and optimization of company in the Market and establish a motivated Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Strongly support company in the Market, drive and influence the creation of business strategy, its enablers (e.g. LEAN, Route to Market) and overall business management decisions.
• Develop business partnerships that create sustainable value for customers, suppliers and for company by instilling a mindset of service orientation.
• Drive quality and regulatory controls. Safety and security measures to be in place to achieve flawless execution and cost optimization
• Manage the full supply chain process, including procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels of supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Oversee purchasing activities and ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and budget requirements.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure finished products are distributed to customers, retailers, and distributors on time and in good condition.
• Track key supply chain metrics such as lead times, inventory turnover, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain workflows.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the drinkable water industry.
• Develop as well as coach team members for personal, professional growth and empower leadership teams. Ensure that there is a breadth and depth of the Supply Chain talent pool.
Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in food and beverage, bottled water, FMCG, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
“Location: Primarily Polour Factory-based, with frequent travel required to Tehran Head Office and East Tehran depot.”
