Job Description

  • Analyze supply chain data and performance
  • Create the company’s supply chain strategy
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
  • Support the merchandise department to increase the profitability of suppliers: costs vs. logistics rebates
  • Propose the yearly department budget and ensure respect for the approved budget.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the retail industry.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Creative thinker, problem solver, independent personality with self-disciplined personality.
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills.
  • Fluent in English.
