Job Description

  • Support logistics activities in line with supply chain and business objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documents required for customs clearance.
  • Communicate with finance team and the bank on a regular basis to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and finished product importation.
  • Approach external stake holders on a regular basis to obtain required permits and etc.
  • Manage refund processes from customs and provide respective reports.

Requirements

  • At least an Associate's degree preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or Business Management.
  • Fluent in INCOTERMS.
  • Familiarity with import and export processes is a plus.
  • The ability to work with EPL is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to get the best from people.
  • Flexible.
