Job Description

● Research, plan, and design structural solutions for a wide range of solar power plant structure. ● Responsible for preparation of construction drawing and specification packages. ● Coordinate design activities with other engineering disciplines. ● Write structural calculation design reports. ● Create 2D cad drawings, sketches and occasionally 3D design models. ● Perform design and constructability reviews. ● Responsible for review of structural shop drawings and data. Interface with suppliers, clients, other engineering disciplines and designers. ● Travel for meetings with customer’s project team if necessary.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Structural Engineering. ● Experience with Structural Engineering Software: SAP, ETABS, SAFE, ABAQUS. ● Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). ● High proficiency in AutoCAD. ● Proficiency in Manual structural calculations. ● A minimum of four years of qualifying experience. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Experience with management of scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects.
