Job Description

-Playing a key role in ensuring company strategy is translated into effective action plans by informing business prioritization processes, providing the right insights to functional teams and supporting operational planning -Driving forward selected key strategic projects in order to execute the Strategies -Providing leadership and direction to the team, inspiring and instilling belief in the vision and values, enabling team members to achieve their full potential by demonstrating the Leadership Signature -Defining new processes, capturing existing and re-engineering procedures. -Supporting delivery of change management by working closely with internal customers to identify, record and track requirements, including identifying and resolving any conflicts between them -Effective management and delivery of a professional HR service, which promotes cultural values, supports business objectives and ensures excellence through people focused policies and best practice -Championing and developing company’s journey of cultural transformation to ensure the organization achieves high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction -Providing a “right first time”, seamless, customer focused HR and ER service to managers and staff throughout the complete employee lifecycle

Requirements

-At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role -Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree, ideally in industrial engineering or Management -Change management experience including in organizational design -Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and negotiate -Experience of designing and delivering a clear, progressive HR and ER solution -Track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard -Excellent problem solver -Pro-active, self-motivated with a can-do attitude -Excellent skills in English -Ideal Age Range: 27 - 45
