- Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service.
- Responsible for the performance of sales team and ensuring our staff give great customer service.
- Supervise, train, and coach the sales team.
- Monitor the financial performance of the store, and propose necessary changes to bridge the gap between the current and planned performance.
- To deal with customer queries and complaints and ensure that customer care strategies are implemented.
- Manage the stock level.
- Prepare daily, weekly and other frequent reports.
Requirements
- Preferably educated in business, marketing and related disciplines.
- Minimum two years of experience in fashion and clothing industry.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Having in-depth knowledge of branding and customer intensity.
- Able to supervise the sales team.
- Familiar with sales software.
