Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, manage the sales team, improve customer experience, drive sales performance, and contribute to building standardized retail operations.
This is not just an operational role; we are looking for someone who wants to help build and improve the company's retail management system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations
Manage, coach, and develop the sales team
Achieve sales and profitability targets
Monitor inventory accuracy
Supervise cashier operations
Oversee paint tinting operations
Maintain merchandising standards
Improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate with Purchasing and Business Development teams
Ensure proper ERP (Odoo) execution
Prepare management reports
Develop and improve SOPs
Participate in KPI development
Recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in:
Business Administration
Industrial Management
Executive Management
MBA
Industrial Engineering
Economics
or related fields
MBA or Retail Management certification is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of Store Management experience
Experience managing teams of at least 10 employees
Experience in retail chains is highly preferred
Experience in paint, hardware, construction materials, or home improvement retail is a strong advantage
