Job Description

Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade mid-size and enterprise storages.
Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers and hypervisors.
Analyze and monitor the infrastructure alarms based on standard KPIs to ensure health status.
Design storage architecture based on best practices for the enterprise environment.
Routine optimization, tuning, hardening, and patch installation to achieve optimal performance levels and maximum system availability.
Provide technical diagrams, RFP, LOM, proposals, documents, plans, and standard operating procedures for maintenance.

Requirements

A university degree in IT, Computer, or other related fields.
Multiple years of experience working with storage in enterprise environments.
(working knowledge of the telecom industry is an advantage).
Knowledge of modern enterprise storage architecture.
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices.
Knowledge of Infrastructure services, VMware solutions, and Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
Familiar with backup solutions and strategies based on Veeam backup.
Familiar with EMC and HPE Storage, SAN switches, HP Servers, and Tape.
Familiar with Ethernet, FC, FCoE, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, vSAN, Object, CIFS, SMB, HA, FT, DRS, etc.).
Maintenance and support services outside of normal working hours in case of emergency issues.
Problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong level of communication skills.
