Job Description
- to control and check the status of purchase and sale of company stock exchange in the stock market
- updating information relating to the company's share - updating information relating to the company's stockholders at the central Depository through a stock exchange and depository file
-control on changes in ownership and to provide required information about when and how the public assembly of bank will be held
- design dividend payment mechanisms and coordination with bank to answer customer question at the time of assembly
- relevant reporting, analysis, stock status and future
