Job Description

Job Objective:
The Startup Executive Manager is responsible for translating the founders’ ideas and strategies into effective, scalable, and sustainable execution. This role primarily focuses on operations, growth, team building, and bringing structure to the business in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementing founders’ strategies into actionable execution plans
• Designing and executing growth initiatives
• Prioritizing projects under resource constraints
• Designing and improving operational processes
• Evaluating performance and developing team members
• Assisting in creating and updating job descriptions and internal policies
• Coordinating the recruitment process (interview scheduling, candidate communication)
• Building and maintaining a positive and dynamic organizational culture
• Planning and overseeing financial management
• Supporting fundraising efforts and reporting to investors
• Managing early-stage cash flow, tracking expenses, and issuing invoices
• Monitoring customer payments and following up on outstanding receivables
• Creating alignment across product, technical, marketing, and sales teams
• Facilitating communication between founders and teams
• Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
• Managing early-stage social media and customer communication channels
• Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and conducting initial performance analysis
• Coordinating with the technical team to track project progress and prepare reports
• Managing customer relationships and responding to customer inquiries
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on execution experience in a startup or innovative business
• Experience growing a team or product from the early stage
• Direct experience working with founders or investors
• Familiarity with Lean Startup, OKRs, and Agile methodologies
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Solid understanding of product, market, and customer needs
• Data analysis and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
