Sourcing and Supplier Development Manager

Job Description

• Liaising with key internal stakeholders to identify business needs in terms of goods and services expectations of the business and to define, execute and develop relevant sourcing strategies, policies and instructions based on Golden Triangle (Quality, Cost, Time);
• Ensure purchasing policy, guidelines and any policies and instructions are in place and updated on a regular basis.
• Communicate with stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on supply in the relevant scope;
•Estimate and evaluate challenges of sourcing ahead of the business and take proactive actions to mitigate risks and develop opportunities;
• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure business Golden Triangle is in place;
•Evaluate current and potential suppliers performance in order for identifying new suppliers or developing current ones to realize business Golden Triangle;
• Act as the point of advice for all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure of full compliance with Business’s sourcing standards and policies;


Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or supply chain management;
• At least 8 years of related experience in a similar FMCG or pharmaceutical company;
• Operational Procurement Execution;
• Finance principles and business Value Creation;
• Contract Management and legal aspects of contracts;
• Risk Management;
• Problem-solving and thinking out of the box skills;
• English Fluency, both verbal and written
• Verbal and non-verbal Communication skills
