Job Description

● Provide technical support to solve software problems for users. ● Track software problems, BUG analysis, and follow-up to fix them. ● Respond to incoming calls from organizational units and provide support and training services to users. ● Provide periodical reports.

Requirements

● Proficient in database and SQL Server concepts. ● Getting to know Hamkaran System. ● Familiar with a programming language. ● Ability to analyze and solve problems. ● Ability to train users. ● Proficient in ICDL. ● Interested in learning. ● High public relations. ● Ability to interact with others and have a good attitude.
